Production Equipment Operator

Location: 50 Jean-Paul Cayer Street, Suite 101, Blainville, QC – Full-Time, Day Shift

Your Role:

Reporting directly to the production department, you’ll operate advanced industrial equipment and help assemble cutting-edge products in a clean, well-organized, and fast-paced environment.
Your mission? To ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while collaborating with a team that strives for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
Start up and operate machinery following established procedures
Adjust machine settings based on product specifications
Load, unload, position, and secure materials for processing
Carry out finishing tasks (grinding, sanding, deburring)
Assemble final products to specification
Measure components accurately using both imperial and metric systems
Inspect the quality of finished parts
Troubleshoot equipment issues and suggest performance improvements
Complete production and quality documentation
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
Perform basic equipment maintenance
Assist in training new team members
Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and processes

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience with production equipment and digital interfaces
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical drawings; proficiency in both metric and imperial measurements
Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and independence
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
